Shipping Policy

We're pleased to offer domestic shipping included in the price of our products, ensuring your order reaches you without any additional costs. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days upon confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment every step of the way.

For our international customers, we appreciate your interest and patience. We're excited to announce that international shipping is currently under development and will be coming soon.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our customer service at Paisley ID, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely content with your purchase, we provide a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items returned must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our dedicated Customer Service team, providing your order number and the reason for your return. We'll then share a Return Authorization number and guide you through the next steps. Please note that, unless the item is faulty or an error occurred during order fulfillment, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and process your return, which can take 1-2 weeks, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or, if you prefer, offer store credit.
